Welcome to the full magic of The Nook – our beloved family beach home on the Aldinga Beach Esplanade, now available as one complete, private whole-house rental.

This is where we raised our kids, created countless beach memories, and recently renovated both sides from top to bottom into a serene coastal haven with luxurious finishes and thoughtful details.

The space
Book the entire property for up to 6 guests (super king + queen bed in The Nook Haus, queen bed in the cozy The Nook Studio), perfect for families sharing adventures, extended groups wanting space to spread out..

Steps across the Esplanade to pristine white sands and those epic Gulf sunsets – only 50 minutes from Adelaide, and right in the sweet spot for McLaren Vale wineries, Pearl Cafe brunches, and nature escapes.

Your Complete Private Beach Home ~

The whole house combines two beautifully renovated, self-contained sides connected on the same property line, giving you full exclusive use of the entire space, including shared outdoor areas, while maintaining privacy between sides if needed (separate entrances, but seamless flow for groups). It’s got that perfect blend: cozy intimacy in one wing, spacious luxury in the other.

The Nook Haus (2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms): Super king master with premium linens, queen second bedroom, large lounge with big couch and smart TV (Netflix galore), cozy kids’ lookout for little ones to get creative, a sunroom with cloud-style couch overlooking the Esplanade (watch storms in winter or morning walkers in summer), brand-new main bathroom with large rain shower, heated floors and spa-like vibes, dedicated yoga room for stretching/mindfulness, full laundry (washer/dryer), beautiful open-plan kitchen/dining with large island bench
and all the gear for feasts on the BBQ located out in the enclosed backyard.

The Nook Studio (1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom): Queen bedroom, modern bathroom (heated floors), open living/kitchen with Miele appliances, plush lounge, smart TV/Netflix, air con/heating – ideal as a private suite for grandparents, teens, or extra guests wanting their own space.

Full Property Access: Everyone enjoys the entire outdoor oasis, two parking spaces, and grounds – no restrictions.

Guest access
Guests have use of the double driveway with two designated parking spaces for The Nook. Need more room? There’s plenty of free roadside parking nearby for your convenience.

Other things to note
‘The Nook’ is made up of both of our gorgeous retreats, The Haus (2 bed, 2 bath) and The Studio (1 bed, 1 bath) both spaces are completely private with their own entrances.
