Sanbis Villa is our family holiday home, lovingly designed to be shared with other families so they can create the same kind of memories we do — the loud laughs, sandy feet, late dinners, and kids who fall asleep happy and exhausted.
The space
If you’ve stayed at South Shores before, prepare to be blown away. Villa 19 delivers a new level of accommodation within the complex — elevated finishes, thoughtful inclusions, and a warmth that instantly feels like home.

Perfectly positioned within the gated South Shores community, Villa 19 sits right next door to the large pool, complete with shallow areas ideal for toddlers and younger kids. Safe, relaxed and wonderfully social, it’s a dream setting for families.

Inside, the villa blends rich chocolate tones and soft blush hues with timber, rattan, linen sheers and handcrafted textures — Moroccan-inspired warmth with a relaxed South Australian coastal twist. Earthy, welcoming, eco-minded, and never too precious.

Picture barefoot mornings with coffee, kids racing out to play, long lunches that melt into golden-hour drinks, and evenings around the table with board games and shared stories. This is a home created for connection. And yes — it’s just as special in winter as it is in summer.
