Nestled in the picturesque landscapes of the Fleurieu Peninsula, we are a boutique property management team committed to transforming beautiful homes into exceptional retreats for travellers seeking a special escape.
Founded by Krystal and her husband Siana, two avid travellers with a deep love for exploration and bringing people together, Sanbis Retreats embodies a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail. The Sanbis journey began from their own experiences as guests in various accommodations around the world and inspired them to create a service that goes beyond the ordinary.
At Sanbis Retreats, we manage a diverse and handpicked portfolio of properties, each with its own unique charm. From cozy beachfront cottages to luxurious estates, our stays are carefully curated to ensure they meet our high standards of comfort, style and a little (or a lot) of wow factor.
We collaborate with amazing local providers and services, including private chef experiences, in-house massage, yoga and more. From the best local wine tours, our favourite restaurants and dining experiences and of course keeping the kids happy, we’ll help you choose your own adventure on the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Travel has always been at the heart of who I am – that feeling of discovering somewhere new and finding a home away from home with loved ones.
Sanbis Retreats began over ten years ago when we started hosting our own home while travelling. What began as a simple way to share our space has naturally grown into a business built on a deep love for creating beautiful stays and showcasing the incredible Fleurieu Peninsula.
We treat every property in our collection as if it were our own. From luxury linens to locally sourced coffee, every detail is thoughtfully chosen to make each stay memorable and every guest feel truly welcomed.
For me, Sanbis is more than a business – it’s a way to share my passion for travel, connection and hospitality. I’m endlessly proud of how far we’ve come and so grateful for the amazing team that makes it all happen. I can’t wait for you to experience the magic of a Sanbis stay.

Siana oversees property maintenance and operations, ensuring every home is guest-ready and presented to the highest standard. He’s hands-on with installations and preparing each space, creating seamless stays that let guests relax and enjoy the Fleurieu Peninsula.
